I just looked at your pics and I definitely had a completely different body composition then you when I started my EQ. I had no size whatsoever but did have decent bi's, chest, legs, abs etc from years of soccer etc. Just wanted to say that my experience with EQ will more than likely be totally different than yours b/c of the decent starting points....
Not saying you look bad, just completely different than I looked which is obvious with my starting weight and your starting weight....

yeah well it rated pretty good with cutting so im hoping it will help me more retain size then put it on while cutting

you just dont stop huh traction. yes weight lifting and hiit are different but they both fall into hit which raises rmr and i wasent saying circuts are for body building i just put them down as an exampe of hit and i did look it up i showed you the studys your just ignorant or cant read or something and you denie sceince so its whatever do what you want but i know i wouldent want you to train or offer me advice off hearsay evidence of fitness

The more you say things like this the more you make yourself look stupid. You think because you googled some study on rats on a completely different reference and different situation, that now you think you know it all? Please show me the video of these mice lifting weights, I would LOVE to see it.
This entire time you continue to prove how stupid you are because you keep associating weight training with HIIT. AND NO HIIT AND WEIGHT TRAINING DONT FIT THE SAME CATEGORY AND ARE NOWHERE THE SAME IN RESULTS!. I would love for you to find someone who does weight lifting only and then find someone who does HIIT only, and then see how distrastically different they will look. You target your muscles completely differently, heart rate is drastically different, your HR in weight training could be almost half that in HIIT. HIIT uses intervals, weight training is quick pauses. HIIT might not even encompass any weights at all, or very light ones, and works the endrance of the muscles. Weight training uses heavy weights and uses the strength of the muscles. HIIT = Athletes, Weight Training = Body Builders. HIIT is like speed, weight training is like power. Proper diets would also be completely different between the two. HIIT if focused on CARDIO, Weight lifting is focused on BUILDING MUSCLE.
DO NOT even bother answering if you are still have not got that through your head. I'm tired of these dumb kids that give attitude and don't know shit. Get a f*cking education in it, then come talk to me.

first i was talking about weight lifting an cardio as in a metabolism and fat burning way. but its okay ill ignore the igorance and end it.

Long time reader, not a big poster.
My frist cycle was Eq only went from 12%bf down to 9%bf gained about 8 pounds. ran 500/week for 10 weeks
age 30
182
5'11
9%bf
p.s diet was about 2500 mostly from protein about 300g. before i get flamed i know thats to much protein for me

personally IMO with the age verses steroids thing i would advise against using before the age of 21-22 as this is when your natty test is reputed to be at its highest.......
My thoughts are why waste all this natural testosterone ?
I would advise against it because of this reason but at the end of the day you go the way you want to............
Like i said earlier EQ on uits own especially at such a low dose is pointless,
EQ is a very mild compound......_____________________
