    New here

    im 21 yearsold about 5'8 and 193lbs i want to get down to about 175-180 range but want some muscles to go along with anyone suggest anything to take with what and how long?

    do you workout?
    what is your diet like? what do you eat in a typical day and when?

    DIET plays 89% of the role in here with or without steroids ...its the most important part if you want to make gains, or lose fat or both.

    thats where we need to start

    ive already taken winny and eq i eat boiled egg whites in the morning gr chicken salad lunch and either steak or chicken dinner with protein after my workout at night ive been working out hard for about 6 months now andcardio at least three times a week

    wow winny and eq at 21, first thing about losing weight is

    diet, diet, diet, diet, and

    cardio, cardio, cardio

    post your diet in the diet forum

    do some research on cycles and PCT (post cycle therapy )

    also check into Clen and t-3 but first get the diet and cardio in check before planning a cycle...
