you shouldnt take so much offense to what CZ is saying. Im a noob myself and you have to realize why alot of these guys are here (to benefit you) Most guys will be hard on you and tell you like it is. You have to respect their opinions because they have the experience. You really have to do research and read the stickys before you come on here and post a thread. I did the same thing and alot of people were like "what the hell".
The first thing you need to know about AAS is that there is no need for them unless you are at your full genetic potential. Diet has to be on lock down and you just have to be knowledgable. Trust me man, I have done retarded things to, but you are here to learn and you have to appreciate the help you are given. You talked about your bf being a problem, well look at your past cycles, (no pct) which increases sides i.e water retention, this isnt good for someone that is 6'3 245lb. Listen to what they are saying or else they wont be saying nothing at all.

thanks genetic. But there is no reasoning with this guy. U try to offer advice. if it isn't what he wants to hear he gets offended. Unless it is a mod.
As far as you....... I know I should be respecting my elders and all. But with all due respect prick I've said what I had to say. I completely put you in the past. Your just going to be another example of someone with no knowledge and a spare tire trying to do a cycle. I feel rather bad that it is so hard for someone your age to take advice.... maybe its because i'm younger... idk. I am a POS though. And I love it. Thats what makes me me. Go to the diet section. I know you don't want to hear this and I'm probably wasting my time. But I'm going to tell you anyways cause I'm a prick and like to do what I want to do. 6'3 245lbs 27%bf. Don't worry about the weight. Worry about the bf%. If you can get your diet in check. And bf% below 20%. I'de say knock yourself out since you insist so hard and probably are only going to do it anyways. Diet is most important key in this game. These aren't magic beans. And no you won't just shred fat off your ass. Hard work, as well as dedication and a good diet will help you achieve your goals...
I only become a prick because it tends to make people block out others and actually read what I am saying rather than skim threw crap like you did on your search.
