I recently started using Sten 250mg/ml twice a week and have a symptoms of a cold or flu. I know this is due to a week immune system while using steroids , but is there any way to counter act this or fight what I have right now?

Seems you caught Test Flu, it's common, and happens to alot of first timers when they start injecting. Stay healthy and it will pass.

Vitamin C is always been a good remedy to help the immune system and get rid of colds! Not sure if it will help TF but maybe its worth a shot

i am on prescribed test and deca , dr told me to take in plenty oj and vit c to prevent it. Vitamin c source and b12 if get symptoms. The vit c and b12 helps boost immune system i understood. I was presc b12 inj but never had symptoms other than sweat in sleep a little.

As I said couple 3-4 Vit C tabs a day work great ! I use that because I get a terrible case of Heartburn if I drink more than a glass of OJ

UncleTim, I can't believe it, I had exactly the same thing at one stage! I woke up in my bed sweating profusely, but I was freezing cold! I figured it was because I had an ear infection!
This is the first I'm hearing about "testosterone flu". What the hell is it? Is it actually an infection of some sort, or is it caused by the body reacting to a heightened level of testosterone?
