    Newb question

    Ok here is the story

    6-1, 240 and 30 years old, worked out most my life but not regulary, I have no clue on my body fat but Im sure its not good all in the stomach

    just started working out again after 6 months off or so - im currently doing the p90x routine

    A friend of mine gave me some Edited stuff DECA 10ML 250mg/ml and TREN ACE trenobolone acetate 10ML 100mg/ml

    Would this be a good stack to start on

    welcome, and no, that's almost the worst stack you could use.

    about what is your body fat%?
    what is your planned pct?
    could you post a pic so we can see what your base looks like?

    I have no clue on the body fat, Never had it tested but im sure its high

    I dont have a planned PCT, ive done 2 cycles in the past, years ago and never did one then either, The only symptons ive had in the past was ED for a month after or so

    I am in what I think is very good cardio shape for my size - not sure if that helps your assessment

    no worries.
    a first cycle should be test only, you need to be below 15% body fat to reduce the possibility of estrogen related sides such a blood pressure, gyno (growing tits) etc.
    the compounds you have shouldn't be used without test, and shouldn't be used on a first cycle. save them in a dresser drawer, they will keep for years.
    you need to research pct, have your planned and in hand before proceeding.

    I just started on the P90X and its diet plan

    Im in great cardio shape, ride mountain mikes up narly hilly all the time, run up and down my hills at my house, and a do jiu jitsu as often as I can, Im getting ready for a triathlon with a buddy, so cardio wise im fine, I just cant lose the stomach fat very easily, I guess im just too old for it to come off with just cardio
