beginner cycle/dieting questions newbie here
whats up guys,
ive been lifting for years now and have always been active in sports. im 24, and im looking to do my first cycle with steroids . i am 5'6" 145lbs. im looking to do your standard 12wk 500mgs twice a week of test e. i plan on using anti-estrogen as soon as i start because im paranoid of permanent side effects to be honest. im very educated in the dieting department but im not quite sure how much more i need to eat while on steroids compared to my normal bulking routine. (i usually start at around 3000 calories a day). breakfast usually consists of 4 eggs a big bowl of oatmeal with honey, crushed walnuts and blueberries. other meals include lean beef, chicken marinated with olive oil, brown rice, veggies etc. my main questions are, is this a good first cycle for me, what is my general window lbs wise i should expect to gain, how much calories i should consume, what side effects i should expect, and is there necessarily a specific WO plan i should follow.
i understand this is pretty broad, but any advice would be of great help
thanks!
adam

not sure of exact bf %, but im not a skinny fat, im pretty defined for my size. i have a 6pack (kinda lame but alot of people judge on that)
ive tried a few training programs. working one body part a week, doing 3 full body workouts a week etc. ive tried it all and all i had decent success. i can usually put on decent weight.
my usual bulk diet not on roids (obviously) looks something like this:
Meal 1
1 cup (uncooked) oatmeal
4 eggs ( Cal xxg, Fat xxg, Protein xxg, Carbs xxg)
something to sweeten oatmeal (sugar, cinnamon, honey, pure maple syrup etc.
usually throw in a small handful of crushed walnuts and some blueberries
700-800 cals
Meal 2
6oz grilled chicken
tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup veggies
Meal 3
for arguements sake same as meal 2.
around 500-600 cals.
Meal 4
6oz lean beef (90% lean ground beef, steak etc)
whole wheat pasta or buckwheat pasta
salad with olive oil+vinegar
600 cals
post workout usually consists of 2 scoops whey protein (50grams)
2 bananas
Meal 6
usually an hour before bed i take 2 scoops of muscle milk cause its lower on the carbs, and i wake up feeling really good and anabolic . some tell me its ok unless i realize im gaining fat from it which usually isnt the case
300 cals
Total: i usually end up with around 3000 calories
200-250g protein
100g fat
300g carbs

I'm not sure what your goals are, but there are some changes you should make in your diet.
