    B6 and Deca

Does a good amount of B6 really prevent deca gyno?

Prevent? NO, there is some discussion and speculation that it MAY help.

so with a low dose of deca 250-300mg a week, would someone need B6 or caber?

It depends from person to person. Some guys don't make gyno at all from 2g of test / week and me for example made gyno from 500mg / week, using tamoxifen and clomid. Its all about the sensibility of the person. You can use B6 without any problem during your cycle, can't do anything bad. Would be good to keep some bromo on your hand, just in case. I`d say 250-300mg wouldn't give you any prolactin trouble but you can never know. Better safe than sorry.

B6 reduces prolactin levels through stimulation of dopamine production. Studies are around what report 200mgs per day had lowered prolatcin.

b6 at 200mg per day lowered prolactin levels...in average subjects. So i guess youd need alot more than 200mg per day because youd have alot more prolactin than the normal person... Who knows if it would be a relative ratio (you have 4 times as much prolactin than normal so you need 800mg b6 per day?? maybe your body can only produce a certain amount of dopamine regardless of b6 assistance which would mean it would only help up to a certain point. What point (deca mgs per week-->prolactin level) that is, is anyones guess... this is purely speculation by the way.
