Worked out from 19 til 28 but stopped when had my 3rd kid
was 192 solid back then with 2 cycles under belt
im 30 now been workingout for a couple months feel like im dedicated again
so looking to give this a run again
im 170, dont want to say i have a gut, but no six pack, i feel alot of muscle memory still there cause size is coming back quick, " Will post pics soon "
my goal is a solid cut/base, i only say this cause alot of people use to ask me when i got out of prison case the way i was built
my goal is to shred the little fat i have and gain maybe 15 to 20 pounds this cycle,
i was thinking of
testiviron depot 500mg wk 1-12
eq 500mg wk 1-12
masteron 400mg wk 1-8
clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks on at 120mcgs a day
pct, i have nolva and clomid but havnt planned it yet either, in process
my work out is:
mon- chest, shoulders and tris
tue- back, bis, and traps
wed- legs
thur, same as monday
friday same as tuesday
sat- same as wednesday
still have to come up with a cardio plan, i have a great bike at home, was thinking of 30min am 30min pm
and have to come up with a meal plan also, will hit diet fourm for that
i eat alot but its not down to a science yet
what do you guys think on those compounds?
i have alot of other stuff left over from back before i quit that is still good that i could throw in maybe
like tren , little prop, little deca , alot of omnadren , some t4

The cycle looks alright. I'd extend it though.
Run the EQ / Test to at least 14 weeks. And run the dosage for EQ @ at least 600mg-800mg EW
I'd suggest utilizing T3 @ 40mcg ED for the entire cycle. Pinnacle advocates this method; and it is excellent for bulking / retaining quality muscle while on cycle.
You may want to consider using the prop for a kick-start as well. (IE)
(weeks 1 - 5) Test-Prop @ 125mg EOD.

why not spread ur workout routine out.hit one major muscle group daily...
ur mondays have to be rough, chest/shoulders on same day would kill me, then to do tricepts also is tough...have to hit muscle hard then allow rest bro...

In my opinion I think you should carry on training without AAS, with only 2 months worth of training under your belt i'd say you have alot more muscle to gain naturally, even by your own admission muscle is coming back quick, carry on until you come to a sticking point and then design a solid cycle
