    Question after cycle advice?

    so i just finish my cycle and i will start my pct on 8/03 of next month. but i want to keep up on my cardio and not loose what i work for. so should i just walk on the tredmill at slow paste? or can i do the starmaster at slow paste? what would you guys do? my time on cardio will be 30mins

    I would watch cardio intensity and bump up your cals with plenty of healthy fats or even mega dose on ***** 3's since they help testerone levels. Also maybe back off the intensity of weight training since you may still be in a slightly catabolic state. Just my two cents.

    I would do the stairmaster at a slow PACE.. not paste! Paste coukd really slow you down! It is glue you know?

    exactly bodys been threw a lot of stress during a cycle. ease up on the lifting not so intense and cardio low impact.
