of course youre having weight gain problems. you need to start eating. i dont think youre a troll, just someone who has never done any research on the subject of steroids and diet.
if i were you, i would read the PCT and diet threads here. then get on a really good PCT, give yourself a break from gear. its obviously doing nothing for you at this point, at your current stats youre smaller than you should be from proper diet alone. you can take this time to get your diet in check, and research how to cycle properly. once you can gain another 5lbs of muscle AT LEAST, from just diet. then maybe you can start thinking about cycling again.

If you're trolling, stop.
If you're serious, please go to the diet section
and many people will be willing to help you, but not
if you troll, your diet is far from perfect/great.
Go to the diet section, then spend some time learning
about PCT, and how to properly cycle steroids , take time
off of steroids too, and try to get your diet down, etc.
Go to the dieting section and give them your stats, like this:
Age -
Height -
Weight -
Body Fat -
Training Experience -
Post up your training routine, and your cardio.
Then, once you do that, they will be GLAD to help you.
Other than that, just take advice from the people who know
what they are talking about.

Im the guy that posted that I couldnt grow and thank you for your help
I appreciate your feedback...
So do you think it was the lack of time off and weak pct?
I had my bw done recently and I was told that it was normal...
Should they have reported elevated levels of test to show that the steroids were active...?
What should I do know, I in the middle of a cycle and I dont have all the proper PCT for an agressive recovery....
"My guy" only carries clomid and tamofaxin...
Should I try to up the doseage of drol and sust and finish out my cycle
(just for this one particular cycle) in an attempt to at least try to get some size from this cycle. I figure if I do this and find and order some "better" PCT from somewhere, by the time it comes, I will be off my cycle, and can use better PCT.
What do you think?
Do you think upping the gear just for this last cycle will show me some better mass gains, or is my HPTA in trouble..
ALso, wondering if excessive alcohol can interfere with my body's test production because I have drinking much lately....
I appreciate your time and any feedback that can help me..

Drinking will multiple your Test 10x, drink as much as possible, infact start on shorts aswell lol.

To answer your question, NO I wouldn't up your dose to see if you can gain some weight. You need to up your calories per day. Size comes from food, not steroids. Since your not running a heavy cycle, you can pct with nolva and clomid. I would run it for 4-6 weeks, and then learn how many calories you need to eat to grow. 3,000 calories isn't that much for most people to grow on.

Keep in mind 4oz of alcohol (basically 4 shots) slows down your metabolism for two days. To a person like myself that has a higher metabolism than anyone I know is good news, but for your average Joe it sucks.
I drink like once a week, moderately of course, but personally unless you're on liver toxic orals it shouldn't matter too much. Well not anymore than the basic damage you do to your body from drinking excessively anyways.

this diet isn't that terrible, brown rice, apples, whole wheat bread all have complex carbs in there....ofcourse this isn't the best diet but man if you see some of the diets are put up in the diet forum. and if i know what that ultra fuel stuff is, it is just ground up complex carbs put into a powder, stuff works great as it is all whole foods
