    I'm at Week 8 with Sustanon. Should I take Deca-Durabolin?

    I'm at week 8 of a 12-week cycle of Sustanon on its own. This is my first steroid cycle and it's pretty much just to pack on as much beef as I can... I'll worry about getting cut later.

    My local pharmacy has Deca -Durabolin . Is it worth me taking Deca-Durabolin now for the last 4 weeks along with Sustanon? Will I make bigger gains with it?

    it will take 5 weeks for the deca to work so NO

    carry on with the sust do your pct have 20 weeks off then then try test and deca

    Should have run the Deca from the start. Adding it now would be completely useless and just prolong your HPTA recovery a lot.

    No ... 4 weeks of deca would be useless in this cycle......for me deca doesn't fully hit till like week 10. I like to run it 14-16 weeks personally.
