    Exclamation whats the best way to lose fat

    i was thinking bout taking the ultimate cutting stack will i need any anti

    best way to lose weight is diet, not products! but the products can help alot with the correct diet. no fat, very little carbs and no sugar,

    Throw in cardio 3-4 X's / week along with the diet and you may not even need any gear

    Please head to the diet section for some detailed advice. No fat, little carbs and cardio 3-4 times per week isnt a prescription I would advise.

    Supplements are just a crutch to shield hard work... I almost never use anything when I am dieting.... Maybe I take 2-4 Hydroxi cuts a day when I am on a cutter but mostly it is because I am low on energy and need the kick! Other than that, if your diet is set up correctly no need to take a ton of supplements

    It's 100% true, over the years I have tried various thing like pills for energy, fat loss and???

    Once I learned how to eat, what to eat and changed my diet the hardest thing is eating enough to gain the extra weight I want. LOL

    I eat ALL the time. My diet is very good but not 100%, I have cheat meals just because I'm out and about and dont have some GOOD food with me I stop and get something. The most important thing is to eat every 2 hrs but try to make it healthy for the most part.

    My diet could still be better and I'm still working on it but it's 100% improvement from a year ago and I have very little fat. A little over a year ago I could see NO veins except where they take blood from my right arm.

    Now I have veins everywhere I keep seeing more week by week in my legs also which I never had before.

    It takes about 3 months for you body to get use to it but it works 100%. Lean to eat a lot more often and better.

    Cardio and diet. go to the diet section of the forum.If you have any questions, Phate will help you.

    cardio is self explanatory.

    18 stone = 252 Lbs.

    I don't think gear is the answer you are looking for.

    Loose some weight, by upping cardio. And get your diet into check.

    And PCT knowledge is a must.If you don't know this, then running gear is not advisable.

    Self education is key.

    If it was as easy as an ultimate cutting cycle/stack there would be no fat people. You will be disappointed if you try it this way. Take the above advise.

    with your cardio have a go at sprint intervals you'll never see a fat sprinter find a track footy field etc.. 100m sprints with a very slow jog back to the start repeat for 20 to 30min pending on what sort of work you do limit your intake to 1500 to 2000 cal of good food lean meats veg salad egg whites stay away from dairy products,sugar and fats worked for me 32kg in 2.5 months.
