Use this routine starting from today:

Step 1: Change your trainer! He has his head up his ass
Step two: Forget about steroids for the next couple of years unless having sex is the last thing in your mind!
Step 3: Eat protein/carb food and hit the gym 5 times a week
Step 4: Start having some confidence, you dont look like shit!
Step 5: Do more research in this forum

    Goodluck

your trainer is a dumb ass. if you really want to use steroids , use test at 250mg a week only for 10-12 weeks.

Do not advise him to take anything. That's the last thing he needs.

You need to build a good solid base before you ever consider steroids . Lift hard and eat big for a couple of years and then reevaluate your goals. If you still want to add more muscle mass, research steroids.

Most gym trainers know very little. Study on forums like these to learn the proper way to lift and diet. Trainers often make a good deal of their money selling over priced steroids to their victoms. He doesn't care what happens to you in the long run as long as you spend your money with him.

I'm assuming this will be your first cycle. Do not listen to your trainer he will screw you up. You list a lot of AAS but no PCT. You'll shut down your natural test production at your young age and it may NEVER start back up. Asians seem to stay slim for longer into their adulthood than AA or Caucasians. If you're there, don't fret. Start with a good diet. No one will argue that you are what you eat. Then train hard for a couple of years, at least. It takes longer for your tendons and ligaments to get stronger. Steroids will make your muscles bulge and make you stronger. If your joining tissues are not sufficiently strong your muscles could rip the tendons right off your bone. There are good supplements such as Creatine, L-glutamin, whey protein, amino acids, etc that will help build a solid foundation for your workouts. Be patient and you'll have a great experience with AAS. If you rush into it you could mess yourself up.

Every time I see a thread with My Trainer recommended.... I have to read it because I know it's going to be good. hahahahaha

Like I have always said, if someone is certified it does not mean they are qualified.....

He is a MORON like said many times....

I've been a "certified" personal trainer for 15 years. I went to a weekend training course, paid my $175, and voila! I was a certified expert. LOL LOL LOL I've been reading, using, and discussing AAS for two years and I feel like I'm really internalizing the AAS do's and don'ts. There's still a lot I have to learn. The type of trainers that think they know everything is scary because they don't even know that they don't know.

That is one of the most important things is knowing what you dont know....

The people who know everything are the ones you have to watch out for.

Off the top of my head / my first impressions:

You probably don't even know how to deadlift or squat

You probably are on that abercrombie the little bitch diet which will not make you gain muscle

You probably should not do aas until you are ready to deadlift, squat, maybe even clean and press and eat like a ****in monster
