Im getting huge... Test 750 mgs a week
IM GETTING HUGE...
IM ON TEST 750 A WEEK
arms are up to 19 inches (whooop whoop)
back is sick, lats are totally rediculous
back is getting thick as heck
only one issue: waist is getting thick... and i dont like it
i think it is from deads and bent over rows.
weight is 258 three weeks in to the cycle...
love in it!!!
i love steroids ....
so the question is what would be a good stack...
goal is size, shape
im thirty eight, two hundred and fifty eight lbs, im six foot three
several cycles, bf is 14-16

Wha Ester are you on? Cause at 3 weeks in , if it is a long ester, you should not be noticing that much yet! I am almost 6 weeks in on a 450mg a week dose of Medical grade and not feeling very much as of yet!..

i have been on hrt for eight months, hrt is 100 mg a week... i bumped it up to 200 mg 6 weeks ago, and started spawn with 5 tabs a day,,,,
the hrt is test c, im still doing 100 mg of test c, and im adding 650 mgs of test e - test e has been the last three weeks (ish)
and im growing like crazy...

i have the same issue, with test e, i blow up like a mad man but my waist goes with it, even with a clean diet

Amcon for your sake I would really encourage you too implement some cardio. just a few times a week for 20-30 minutes.

To work the most important muscle in your body. If we learned anything from T-MOS (RIP) its that we need to take care of ourselves. too many times I see people that dont do any cardio

I would not be sweating the little bit of extra weight on the stomach.. It is hard to grow everywhere and not grow a little bit in the midsection! Just do a 30 minute sssion 3X a week at 70% of Max HR if you are worried about it. Myself I do npt even like walking neat cardio machines when i am on a bulking cycle
