After cycle losses
Right I know before I get bombarded that losses depend highly on:- diet, pct and How you train. But how much is it normal too loose when say coming off a 12wk test E cycle. I have just got back from holiday last week being off my cycle for 7-8 weeks now, I have had no pro shakes or supplements in a while and it seems I have lost a ton of strength in the gym and speed on the rugby pitchand size returning from 2weeks on the beach. I started taking trib to try boost my levels again and ordered loads of protein powder and an all in powder ( maxi muscle cyclone), do you think that I can scrape back some of the gains I had before going on rest for two weeks? And what sort of routine should I follow at the gym?

This is almost impossible to answer, everyone is so different but imo if your diet, pct and training are on point then theres no reason why you shouldnt keep most of your gains...
