Starting my cycle next year - getting everything ready now..bad idea?

I've got my PCT on the way, and I'm going to grab my gear now and just store it until I'm ready to run it next year (7 months).

Is this a bad idea? Everything will be stored in a cool dry place, I just want to get everything lined up, just in case I have issues next year getting gear.

Not a bad idea as long as the gear doesn't expire really soon.

One question though; are you going to be able to resist the temptation?

Thats what I was going to say, gear just sitting there will tempt you heavily.

Yup, I'm 29 and I've waited this long - I can wait another 7 months.

Besides, I won't have any pins.. on purpose not to mention it's going to be winter soon, I can put some quality bulk on in the winter!

Its a great idea to have it all, especially the PCT items. Never temps me to start early cause I usually have set goals month to month so the gear isnt needed till I hit that point. Plan out your diet and training so it times out with when you want to cycle.

Check expiry dates, usually good up to 3 years if is a fairly fresh batch.

We were just kidding - halfway.

It's obvious this is going to be OP's first cycle - which makes temptation rise is all.

I'll take both of you up on that offer

I'm game to make $10 bucks hahah.

Not going to start yet, I'm only 190lbs now, I know I can gain another 10lbs in the next 7 months.

I want to start my cycle @ 200lbs and 12-14% BF.

Goal weight is 220lbs 10% BF after cycle.

200 to 220 with 4% less body fat isn't too reasonable IMO.

I mean the way I personally figure it - is you can run a cycle to work for you. But you can't run a cycle to work in too many ways. If you want to bulk up - I think you can get 20lbs, not impossible. Or you can get shredded. Neither are impossible - but putting the two goals together puts a lot of added stress on your body and mind.

Which would you prefer buddy? (I'm trying to help, FYI).

Totally understand you're helping - and it's appreciated believe me!

Well, to be honest I've always been very thin. Everyone tells me now that I am no where near thin, but in my head I am (if that makes sense?). I still feel like I am 150lbs.

Anyways, my BF may be lower than 15%, I can see my abs so I'm thinking more towards 12%.

That being said, I think to be honest, what I *really* want is to be 200-205lbs, solid, and lean.

I've posted that stuff a while ago so I think that's why most don't ask me, but of course I have no issues sharing

    29
    6ft
    190lbs
BF 12%? (lets say 12%, I can see abs)
1.5yrs training (which is why I'm waiting another 7-8 months to start)

I'm really looking for.. muscle thickness? I'm muscular, and I like how I look with my shirt off but I want more thickness.

Here are other stats so you can get a sense of my actual size.

    Neck: 17"
    Arms: 16.5"
    Forearms: 13.75"
    Chest: 44.5"
    Waist: 34"
    Thighs: 25"

Sorry forgot to add my diet. I know it's working, I've put on quite a bit of poundage in the past few months.

Breakfast: 8 eggwhites, 2 servings oats, 1 oz fat free milk (60g)
Snack: 2 cans of tuna (52g)
Lunch: Lean meat (chicken of beef) (50g)
Snack: Monster mass shake (50g protein)
Diner: Again lean meat, chicken beef or both (50g)
Snack: Tuna or PB with 0oz milk, depends (25g)
    Snack: Casein before bed (50g)

I'm trying to jam as much protein in me as I can, for obvious reasons. I'm getting in about 300g a day.

I move the meals around a little, Casein is always before bed, whey protein is after my work out and I stopped taking the monster mass and I've been replacing it for a real meal. I only take the monster mass when I'm on the road or in a bind.

I also try to get other snacks in there like peanuts, and beef jerky.

And your diet? With your 'new' goal I'd say Test and Anavar would be a better call.

Here's my .o2 . I think it'll work for you to shed the bodyfat while also promoting good solid weight gain.

MEAL1: Cut the Milk. Add 2tbspoon Apple Cider Vinegar.
    MEAL2:
    MEAL3: Make chicken standard here
MEAL4: Remove Mass Shake - Add 50g Chicken and 1/2 cup Brown Rice
    MEAL5: 97% Lean beef standard. Add potato/grits.
MEAL6: Scrap this meal. Make it half your usual serving of chicken and some veggies (lima beans, green beans
    MEAL7:

Any questions feel free to ask - just my opinion but I strongly believe it'll help.

Ok I'll give it a shot! One question, I know it's good for you but why the ACV? Just curious.

Also, I noticed your diet is posted in your blog - do you think I'd benefit from following your exact diet?

No - my diet is more geared towards gains and it works for me and not some others. I'd say the diet advice I just gave you is the best bet for now until you trim that little body fat.

Apple Cider Vinegar would be one of the seven super foods if it were a food - it promotes an increase in blood flow and vascularity, therefor bigger pumps and better gains. It also defends your body against cancer, hair loss, heart problems, and so many other problems.

I just drink it straight - I think it'd ruin anythings flavor with it's strong acidic taste haha. It's not hard, 2 tbsp isn't much.

I'll just pour it in a shot glass and pretend like it's booze

I think you are one of the smarter new members on this board...planning the way you have with your cycle, your diet, and goals. Wish more people were more squared away like yourself..good luck in 7 months

    Along with Jut's advice,

I'd only think about adding some EFA's into that diet.

They are absolutely essential for gaining muscle, loosing fat and a host of other things.

At minimum I'd add them at meal 2 and 7.
