Lond Releasing Esters ????
I'm currently at the end of my 6th week of a Test e/Deca stack. I am fully aware that Test E and Deca are long esters, meaning it takes a while for the injections to kick in, but here's my question. How long, reallissssticly, could it take for me to really feel the pump from this stack. Like I said I'm at the end of my 6th week, and I am just now slightttly starting to feel a noticeable difference in strength, but it hasnt been as drastic as my first cycle, and my size hasnt exploded as much as a i thought. I've heard that it takes a few weeks for it to kick in without an oral like dbol , but I'm looking at week 6 and feeling like I should be EXPLODING by now and havent. Any thoughts?

Nutrition summary:
There are 216 calories in 1 cup of Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked).
Calorie break-down: 7% fat, 85% carbs, 8% protein.
Estimated Net Carbs (non-fiber carbs): 41.27g.
That is 2160 calories from brown rice alone, something isnt right here.......

Thats still 1700 cals from rice alone, whats your total daily calorie intake? I think you need more protein and more good fats in your diet and way less carbs.
