    D-Bol rest days?

    Guys.... Just a tought but if your taking d-bol at the start a bulk cycle 40mg ED weeks 1-4 of a 12week cycle...I work out Monday to Friday could I leave out the d-bol on my two rest days and add an extra week of it?

    It doesnt make sense to only take it on workout days as your body grows every day not only when you workout. Take it every day at a steady dose.

    The rest time is just as important or more so than the lifting days.

    Not best to do that. Use it everyday like mentioned.

    I have rad articles where people have atually done exactly what you are proposing, but I would not recommend it

    I know that rest days are the most important part of the week. I even take a full week off every 2/3 months and dont touch a weight or even look at a gym and eat what I want (within reason). But it was just an Idea..........since d-bol has such a short half life I tought just give it a rest to on my rest days....

    Why would you ruin your diet and stop working out for an entire week every 2-3 months? That is a terrible idea...

    Extra rest from the gym CAN be beneficial at times if your over working - but continuously taking time off every 2-3 months is pointless and regressive. Also ruining your diet for that week off is the worst idea I've ever heard of.

    Bold above is exactly why you wouldn't want to NOT take it on your rest days. AAS aids in recovery as well - and I'm hoping you know how important rest is for muscle growth.

    Please stop doing the aforementioned with your diet.
