Shot timing.

Can someone explain why it would be better if I am running 500 mg of Sustanon e/w to take 1 shot of 250 then 3 1/2 days later take another shot instead of doing 500 mg once a week.

Sustenon contins four different Testosterone esters 2 are short esters and 2 are long esters. in ordr for the short esters to work properly, they need to be shot more frequently. Actually your info is still incorrect. In order for sust to work at its best, it should be shot every other day or even everyday. most do shoot every other day though and this is because it contains test prop which only lasts for about a day or so.

In that case, if it is 250mg/ml, how much should I use every other day or everyday? I can only afford 500 mg a week because where Im from its ridiculously expensive. Thanks for the help.

This is not correct! hat would be 62.5mg EOD!! that is only 187.5mg a week at 3 shots per week! 250mg/ml Divided by 4 = .25ml = 62.5mg

You need to bsically shhot 3 times a week. sometimes it will be 4 times a week. (will vary EOW!) bsically it is 250mg/ml and you will do 500mg a week so that is 2cc/ml of the compound. if you divide that into 4 equal shots(M,W,F,S) it would be 1/2 (or 0.5)cc per shot which is 125mg per shot Every other Day!

You need a total of 2cc/wk, so if it's 4 inj, then it's 1/2 cc per, if 3, then it's 2/3 cc per

I've read that every other day is a good way to go. But the sus 250 shots hurt! K, I'm a pu**y So I do 250mg once on Monday and once on Thursday for 500mg/wk. I shoot in the backside and I don't have any problems. I get good results and don't feel like a pin cushion.
