    Losing weight whilst on D-bol.

    Hi all, i've been reading up on cardio during dianabol cycles (inc. test) and was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the possibility of lowering body fat whilst using it. I know that increasing cardio would obviously use more calories but i am very interested if you could still get decent gains and lose body fat?

    What are your goals for the cycle?
    Is the cycle test and dbol ?
    Cardio and diet will drop BF,

    Yeah the cycle is test and dianabol , prob finnish it off with some winny.
    My goal is to lower body fat (15% to 10%) whilst gaining lean mass, i appreciate i can work on body fat after the cycle but would be useful if i could do it on cycle.
    I just didnt want increased cardio to affect lean mass gains.

    You can cut on more or less any drug within reason but the majority of dbol users retain water so its not an ideal compound to cut on IMHO, you not going to build good amounts of muscle tissue and drop large amounts of bf within a test and dbol cycle, but you could build some lean mass while watching the calories but i doubt you will lose 5% bf if your not going to be cutting via cardio and diet

    I am on 500mg of test cyp and did Adrol and D-bol (still on D-bol) I have actually lost about a 1/2" on my waist since i started and still have put on weight. Put on about 12# since beginning of cycle and must ahve lost about 3-5# of fat!

    I will certainly be doing cardio and have a very clean diet, perhaps you're right losing 5% is wishful thinking, 13% is more like it, i am drinking loads of water at the mo (leading upto the cycle) and will continue throughout, which will hopefully reduce water retention, my sodium intake is minor also! I just didnt want to hamper any gainS through excessive cardio.

    Just go for lean mass gains via diet and incorporate cardio 3-4 times a week, as you build muscle tissue you will automaticly reduce BF anyway if your diet is in order

    Also kind of off topic, in regard to dosing dbol , do you think dosing at 10mg 5 times a day or 2 lots of 15 and a 20 would be more effective.
