Heres an easy one for you guys, and i think i should post this thread here but not sure. Anyways here it is.

How long post cycle, Bulking cycle test/deca , can or should i start cutting, such as cardio and changing my routine? I have been having great gains, and i am actually seeing the six pack when i flex, actually seeing 8 muscles when i do that....So once im off i really want to hit the cardio so i can see it when im not flexing. My diet will change a little bit too to help. Im just curious on how long should i wait until i start the new cutting routine after cycle. Should i start while on pct, after pct, or even waiting a month or 2?

The other question is, ive done research and still havent figured out how much of my gains will i lose after i stop the cycle. My pct will be either nolva and clomid....or nolva and a hcg . I have the nolva just not sure which other i should take yet. Cant do all 3 because of money.
