I've read a few of the sticky threads, but I want more specific advice.

ABOUT ME: I am 28 years old and have been training regularly for about 12 years. I am in pretty decent shape overall: 6ft tall (183cm) and 188lb (85kg) with 10-11% body fat. My training is fairly varied: gym 3-5 days a week, swimming 2-3 days a week, yoga 2 days a week and dance classes on top off that. Diet is good with various brand name supplements thrown in.

GOALS: My goals are to add another 3-5kg (6-11 lbs) of muscle while ideally reducing body fat.

I am looking for some quality products with moderate gains and low side effects. I'm not afraid to inject. Since I have some old joint injuries (pain in knees, back and wrists) from training and "accidents", I am eying Deca Durabolin as part of the cycle but I am open to advice.

I am living in a country where I can probalby source most products at the local pharmacy.
