Test E Cyle...Questions about Cardio
Hey guys....
Well I have been reading about cardio on a bulking cycle....and wanted to get your feed back.
Ok so for example, If a person was doing 12 weeks 500mg of Test E and bulking deit - then on top of the weightlift was doing 4/5 days a week on the cardio....what would that do to the results, compared to cardio 1 night a week

during a bulking cycle as most would say you dont wanna do that much cardio and if you like or want to do that much cardio it would have to be very low intensity the whole idea behind the bulking is to not burn up all those calories you just took into your body and during a cutting phase you wanna burn up more calories then what you take into your body on a daily basis i mean i think it would be counteractive in a sense
anyone else? i could be mistaken but.......

Cardio is good..... i should follow my own advice in this department LMAO......
You can still do cardio.... but don't do 4 or 5 high intensity sessions a week. Just do enough to get your heart rate up and maintain cardiovascular health. If you're eating 4000+ calories a day..... i would recommend doing some cardio regardless if it's a clean diet or not.....

It is very difficult to go up in weight and lower bf at the same time.
