Clen Cycle 6 to 8 weeks

I would like to know when doing a 6 to 8 week clen cycle when do i add the keto, for how long and dosage.
Week 1: 20,40,60,80,100
Week 2: 100,100,100,100
week 3: 100 clen all week keto? per night.

Everyone adapts to it at a different rate but usually after two weeks you will need to add Ketofin. 1mg is standard the dose. And yes, take it at night unless you like falling asleep at work.

After 2 weeks do you need to take the keto every night for the rest of the 6 to 8 week cycle. Just wondering or is it just every night for the third week?
