Keeping Bf% low after cutting cycle

im about to be done with my cutting cycle and it went really well, i got to where i wanted to be so i kinda slipped on my diet towards the end but anyways, im at about 8%. i really want to stay around there, and i know its all about diet and cardio, but my question is, should i keep doing morning cardio during my pct? i was doing cardio twice a day, in the morning and after my workouts...what do you guys think?

Cardio and a good diet is all you need bro. Like you said. I would just keep my workout the same to keep results.

I would drop the PWO cardio maybe. Also what's your PCT regimen?

I would slightly pull back on your cardio, depends on your diet durring your PCT but Id cut it down to once a day or even 4 times a wk.

I was carb cycling on my cut cycle doing tons of cardio...gained 19 lbs and dropped 5 lbs the 1st week of PCT which I believe was because I was doing to much cardio, forcing my body into a catabolic state. So word of the wise, drop to morning cardio only and access after 1 week...if everything (weight and bf) checks out stay w/ this. If you start to lose I would cut the cardio to only 1-3 sessions per week.

I say cutting but I guess in actuality it was a lean bulker. I normally hold right around 195lbs @ 12% bf (off cycle). I primed before my cycle of test prop and winny and got down to 181 lbs @ 8% bf. So most of my weight gain was due to me priming my body. I gained 19 lbs and only went up in bf by 1-2%...I was really pleased w/ the cycle until after the 1st week of PCT (when I dropped 5 lbs). Running the oral winny right up until PCT might have been the cause in my weight loss (as I normally drop a little weight after I stop taking orals).

Just remember.. it is a lot harder to reach your goals than it is to maintain... so you should not have mto work as hard to stay where you are as you did to get there!

Ahhhh man! That sucks! It sounds like you really wanted to stay around 8%. 5 days from 8%-12% is really really fast! How much did you change your diet?
