    Im ready for change.

    Age: 22
    Height: 5-10
    Weight: 180
    BF%: 15-16
    Years training: 4
Advancements: 2 years off and On ; 2 years of Training with proper diet.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Goals: I want to be around 210 - 215 (6 - 10%) year around. I have studied anabolic drugs for quite sometime now. And I have came to a conclusion that I am ready to devote at least 80% of my life to training and conditioning. I waited to graduate college and I am financially stable before I dabble. I am that now of coarse, with my own kitchen!

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thoughts: Well after reading a book of articles and posts, the right way to approach this; is start at a moderate pace and grow throughout life.

To be quite honest I understand eating to grow. I have done it before, but minimal gains at that I just got skinny and fat never in great shape. Was always soft and that lead to severe dissapointment. I want to be a gladiator!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Diet and cycles?: As far as diet and food prep. I am able to think critically for myself so I do not need help with that. I have a metabolic calculator, and I weigh and scan myself on the regular so I adjust my food scale and portions frequently.

    Cycle?

I want to start moderate, and go slow and safe. I just want to make progressions in definition and weights in the gym. Money is not to much of a factor for me. Thats why i am ready.

So basically i am considering a basic beginner cycle of tes and dianabol ?

I have read the pct post a lot. But I am afraid that there is to much to choose from, as far as quality, and I just want to be safe so any comments on that?

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Impatience issues?: From the way I see it, I am ready. Nothing to do with being impatient. I want to be good at this, and from I read people rush into this a lot. And make terrible mistakes. Considering I want to gradually ease into this. I am not scared and am excited about the future.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Funny Story b4 I let the forum sharks rip me to shreds!

Sitting down with my father for dinner last night and we discussed this topic and my admiration of starting this journey. He mentioned the sex drive. And I told him man if my sex drive dissipated I might be a millionaire by the time i am thirty, considering that women were the main distractions in my life.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope to get great advice, Oh and by the way. I am taking 6 months of preparation and studying before I take off on my first cycle. Just letting that be known. I am also training naturally as well. Trying to basically get my diet down and flowing again.

    With that said thank you!

I admit, that was a pretty well thought out post,

but if you've been reading around here, you'll know everyone will tell you that you're still to young to go messing with your hormone levels.

You say: "I understand eating to grow. I have done it before, but minimal gains at that I just got skinny and fat never in great shape. Was always soft and that lead to severe dissapointment."

Well, no offense, but that sentence is somewhat contradictory. Either you know how to eat/train to grow, and will make steady progress, or you don't and you'll end up either "skinny" or "fat" as you say.

Why don't you post up your current diet, so we can see what you're working with?

There is your newbie start pack.

Agree w/ D7M start posting up your diet, with the list of macros (protein/carbs/fats) along with calories for the entire day. We'll start there

Then you can post up your current training routine, see what you got and work from there.

Is it possible if I follow everything with 100% accuracy that if I use gear, I could have 30 pounds of rock solid muscle by summer?

And OMG a big question, TUNA and salt is that bad for me? Should I replace tuna with chicken or turkey?

That diet isn't horrible, but could definitely be improved. What is the protein source at meals 1, 2 and 3?

If you don't know enough about PCT to suggest one for critique, you're not ready to cycle, bro. Keep reading and researching.

Tuna is not bad for you.

And I think putting on 30lbs of muscle after one cycle is highly, highly unlikely.

If that protein in your first few meals is just from a protein shake, you really need to change it to real food. Try scrambled eggs (mostly egg whites) for your protein in the first meal.

pct is so much easier to figure out than any other thing. Depending on your cycle, you will either start immediatly or weight 1-3 weeks.

    Take Nolva 40 40 20 20
    Clomid 100 50 50 50
    HCG optional
    creatine 15 grams a day
    Tons of rest
    HIT style workouts

    Thats it...
