i made the big mistake of stacking sus and deca and after reading into it not such a good idea so should i take the winstrol or count my loses and wait till next round

Yeppp we are more then willing to help.... But no one wants to just tell you what to do....

We understand a decent amount on this stuff...

But when it comes to your body. You should learn as much as you can as well and not rely on us to just hand over what to do.....(not trying to say you are doing that, but many users want you to tell them what to do and how to do it)
