ill take a nytol, no more than once a week. and i only take it when ive had a few nights in a row of shit sleep. so i know im going to need it.

just got a bunch of ZMA, and melatonin. so im going to see how that works. cause i rarely have a good sleep. i work shift work, which doesnt allow me to stay on any type of schedule/routine. so sleep sufferes when you are bouncing from days to nights all the time.

ZMA and melatonin is good but you have some crazy dreams that you actually remember in the morning.
I don't take high doses of melatonin but i think i might have to start soon because its 330 and im still awake.
I did read a study though saying that 1 mg actually worked better than a higher dosage.

Melatonin does not work for me
Valium Owrks but 2 hours after I am asleep t up becuae Benzo for some reason make me super hungry
Seroquil works great but is too strong
Nebutol is another bit nit is very vry strong and will lay you out for a day or 2
Nyquil works good but I do not like using anything with alcohol on it

I ave tried all of these including ambien and ambien CR and to be honest do not get any of them anymore... if i can not slep i usually just break a valium in 1/2 and just take 2.5mg or 5mg depending on the pill this usually puts me down and keeps me ther if i remember to reat first... they would work great for me on a bulker but I do not like any benzoa and try to stay off of them!

lady at the general supplement store told me that when using melatonin, more is not better. she suggested cutting dose in half and have a teaspoon of peanut butter with it. Sounds crazy, but it did work for me.

I used to take 50mg of benadryl when I worked 7p-7a and I felt like I could sleep for days, every now and then I'll take it if I need to get to bed early, works every time for me. Can make you feel lazy the next day though

Diphenhydramine HCL (benadryl) 75mg a night.

I have eczema and just itchy skin in general, so I cannot get to sleep w/o benadryl (it kills the itch and knocks me out)

Anything that I try to use to get better or more sleep ends up making me really groggy a d lethargic in the morning. I hate feeling like that so I don't use anything any more. Even if I get less sleep I still feel better in the morning.
