Whenever gyno flares up, does that mean it's growing?

I am cruising on 200mg test a week and from time to time my gyno will flare up by itself, in that my nips just get sore/tender. I usually jump on an AI when that happens it goes away for awhile but flares up again. Whenever it flares up does this mean it's growing the tissue further? It hasn't visually increased in size since I got it this summer and has been bugging me on/off.

This happens to me..... I think it just flares up and if you catch it..... it doesn't grow. If left untreated..... it will grow. If it's growing you should be able to feel it.....

When mine flares up I up the letro till it subides and then still keep it for a couple weeks tapering back down

when it flares ... if its real painful... thats when mine was actually shrinking... so when its flaring its doing something either getting bigger or smaller... im gettin my surgery in 1 week 1 day been livin with this curse too long

Not to hijack a thread, but it's hard for me to tell whether something is gyno or not. Sometimes my nips seem slightly puffy, but Idk if it's in my head or what. What exactly am I looking for?

Ok ^^^, so I'll def know huh... Thanks. It must be in my head then cause any little difference in my nips and I get all worried ready to take some letro or something but I hold off just in case it's in my head. And it's never really hurt or flared or became extra sensitive. So that's good.
