Trying to find the right cycle.
Im 24 and been lifting seriously for a bit over two years now. Prob is i dont gain much weight and i lift a lot. i have gotten much much stronger since i started but havnt gained a whole lot of mass. im 6ft and 155lb. i did a cycle of dbal last year 30mg a day for 4 weeks. i put on about 15 lbs than lost it and kept about 4. it was a light cycle which i was testing the waters with. looking to start a new heavier cycle. from what i have found out in research, im thinking of doing sustanon , deca and dbal. however im not sure what doses will work best. one thing to keep in mind is i work 10 hours a day pounding on rock. than work out two hours in the gym than jujitsu for an hour or two 3 days a week. i just fit it all in as much as pos and try to keep good sleep pattern. last, i have read a lot of diff things on pct. for this specific cycle what is important. some have said to just have some nolva on hand just in case, others say diff. i dont mind spending the money if its usefull however i dont want to throw away money for something that isnt going to do a whole lot.

You need a diet my friend. 6ft 155lbs. Your diet is lacking greatly.

Well for your age and stats you need to seriously get your diet up to par. Naturally you should be exceeding atleast 170-180lbs. That being said do some research on dieting which is by far the most important factor in body building. Get up to 180lbs then perhaps you can start thinking about cycling. But you still have much more studying to do I can tell you dont quite have everything in line. For example your first cycle should not be a stack of sust deca dbol . Keep it simple run 1 compound being some sort of Test. 500mgs per week for 10 weeks is the average beginner cycle.

as far as diet goes, i take in somewere around 12000 calories per day sometimes more. i eat four solid meals a day plus i graze a lot, lots of carbs, vegies, red meat. lots of suplements, vitamins, high calorie protien shakes, four times a day. i tested myself on a BF machine at the gym said i was 6.8 or something like that. My whole family is slender. small bone structure but very dence. im realy cut up, do a lot of fight training. i am realy strong for my weight just have a realy hard time building any real mass. i know a TON of people that are big, have done a lot of gear. i just get dif mixed info from everyone. i just need a solid list to go with so i can set up and prepair.

12000 a day? I bet..... four solid meals. I highly doubt your in taking 12000 calories. Theres guys that barely break 4000 calories with 6-8 meals a day.

the weight gainer protien shakes i drink are 2500 calories a piece by themselves. thing is i burn calories 10 hours a day in construction pounding on and moving rocks. than lift two hours. than after that i roll jujitsu and muay thai for a couple hours 3 days a week. i think my diet is good, and i am in amazing shape. just can bulk. genetics i guess

thing is i only want to get to somewhere in the 180 lb range when its all said and done. i need to stay limber and maneuverable for tournaments and work. i have to be able to cut to a decent weight when i need to. my plan is to bulk to about 185 and then i can manipulate it from there the way i want.

Big's right, list your diet.(in the diet section).
Second, sounds like you are basically working/training too much.
Body needs time to grow and recuperate.
I think if you slowed down and got your diet tweaked, 180 at your height should be no problem.

three to four shakes a day. ULTIMATE NITRITION MUSCLE JUICE. and i make double shakes. thats 2544 calories, 56g of fat, 368g of carbs, and 142g of protien per shake. i eat typical breakfast usualy. three or four eggs, four or five peices of bacon or sausage, couple pieces of toast and 1/3 plate of hashbrowns. of course it differs every day but thats the general idea. lunch is usualy some sort of pasta. i can put down a whole large can of raviolies ( not that that is the best pasta to be eating im just giving an idea of proportion ) pretty easy plus a sandwich usualy and some sort of vegies. and an avacado of course which i usualy eat a couple a day of. after work i work out than eat a meal. this meal varies as to what i shopped for that week. and when i make dinner in the evening wich usualy consists of two or three steaks, pork chops, or chicken breast on the grill plus some sort of salad, maby a patato with that. sometimes a can of chili. im just throwing out there what i can think of eating on any particular meal instants. plus multi vita twice a day and b6 b12 vitas. plus i snack a lot in between meals.

yeah but there was a point last year that i took off four months of work and relaxed and worked out everyday. finished all my projects and what not. had plenty of rest every day and some vaca but it didnt seem to change my gains. thats why i just need some good solid info a a solid cycle for bulk. its not my first and i just dont want to do some week ass cycle and waist my time and money for just a little gain. i want to hit it as hard as posable without having some crazy side effects and get where i want to be. i dont want to be huge at all. just need some size.

well for one your diet sucks, its a bunch of high fat crap. no offense bro but you need a real diet if you want muscle mass. head too the diet section and take a peak.

I bet you could drop those shakes and replace them with 3 or 4 500 cals meals and gai weight within a month.
4 x..
2 chicken breasts or 10oz beef or 12 eeg whites with 4 whole eggs
2 slices of multigrain bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup broccoli
creatine
EFA's
Vit C
Vit E
and then add 2 plecibo shakes (if you must) and eat 300gr low fat cottage cheese before bed.
This is an oversimplification of a diet, but 100X better than what you wrote.

yeah but i have found that i need that fat for energy everyday. if i dont have a high calorie high fat intake everyday i get drained by mid day. and lag in the evening. and i dont have good energy for workouts. fat is only bad for you if you dont use it right.

yeah i already take vita c,e,zink, max gxl, ceatines, i usualy eat peanut butter every other day ( my workout buddy turned me on to its workout benies, who by the way is blown away that i dont build mass and he has been in the gym world for years. x marine.) i eat tons of multigrain bread everyday. i did find that when i did an egg white diet i had a little big better strength build. i would eat 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with every meal.

it seems my body just uses a TON of food and outputs a lot of prolonged energy. i get free food on a regular bases from places just cause the resturaunts are blow away at how the hell someone as small as me can put down that much food. my buddies make games out of it. i have tried different diets and it changes nothing but usualy tends to drop my energy out put substantialy. i just eventualy came to the acceptance of the eat everything in sight diet. it seems to have the best long term energy output. so i dont know that that is the deal. every trainer i have trained with sais that all i can do is accept that my genetics wont let me put on much mass without years and years of training or do some gear.

so ill look into setting up a stronger diet but it doesnt neglect the fact that i need some good info for setting up gear. eventualy i plan on do a good cycle and i would like to have some sort of idea now so i can plan correctly. so back to the very initial question in the begining.

i read the diet section. it doesnt seem that my diet is bad. i do all that stuff, and i usualy eat at the same times every day. i already knew all that. what is it that i am missing

well realy i took my first step coming in hear in attempting to ask "traind pros" some questions. at this rate it realy just seems like a bunch of people who like to hear themselves talk. i mean honestly. not one real answere. not even a dieting answere. hell, i ate an entire vegi pizza during this escapade. i did learn something though didnt i. lol. who wont give me an answer. vagueity............i think i just made up a word. hmm.

yeah, just trying to figure out the best for my situation. and pct info. i have only done one cycle in the past. dball 30mg a day for actualy it was five weeks. it worked well for how light of a cycle it was.

ya sust is cool , you should be shooting it eod or at minimum twice a week.
