Best way to start your cycles...
Whats the best way to start on cycles...do bulk then cut bulk then cut ?
and how many cycles do you guys go on.
stat 27, 6'4" male, BF 13% gym 5-6 times a week.

i reckon, Bulk,Cut and then lean gain is good.
well thats what i wanna do.

are you talking about all in one cycle or seperate cycles?? and how much do you weigh?

Then go for the bulk. As you mention yourself, you wanna achieve some gains first - go for it. With gains in mind, bulk, and then focus on your next move afterwards

Yeah if you wanna bulk first then do that then worry about cutting. I personally have only cycled once test e at 500mg/week. My next cycle would be test e at 600mg/week and winny at the back end for 4 weeks at 60mg/day. I'd be starting it in feb 2010 cause I only do once a year but rule of thumb here is time on +pct = time off.

10 weeks long, gained 15lbs lowered my bf from 14 to 12, gained about 20% strength but lost some of it
