i knw that, and i will sort out my diet, but i really want to do this cycle seeing as i already ordered the gear, so any help would be appreciated thanks

step away from the gear.....
it will still be there when your diet is done and you have gained weight naturally, just because you have it doesn't mean you need to use it right away.
Nobody here is going to tell someone who is 6', 145 lbs. how to run a cycle.
Get your diet and training program squared away!

i weight 13 stones??? jus checked now on the scale,
and checked online
so i weigh 82.55381134000001 kg
not what i mentioned before, as tht ws like a year ago lol wen i last weighed myself, just checked on the scale now and converted it online to kg
i knw 82kg is still nothing, but i really really want to start this cycle and would appreciate all your guys help

Look man, I know your anxious to run a cycle, but trust me,
learning about diet/training now will pay off immensely in the future.
Besides if you haven't learned how to diet/train naturally to put on muscle,
running a cycle won't be much help to you
You may put on some weight, but you won't be able to retain any of it bc of your lack of diet.

thanks a lot mate, i read into the diet section, and get my diet sorted but i am still going to go ahead with the gear but thanks anyways
hopefully my pct should help me keep atleast half of my gains thanks again.

if you dont know how to diet then you wont gain any muscle at all and even if you do, you will loose 100% of your gains in a few months

Growth hormones huh? Please keep opinions like this to yourself. You really think he needs growth hormone ? He needs to learn how to eat. Period!
And i wouldn't ask anymore questions like that if i were you.
OP-You don't even have enough juice to complete your proposed cycle. Plus, it's not a good cycle anyway. Best thing for you is to go to the diet section and get a good diet together. Do some more research on weight training and steroids , all the while hitting the gym. I know it's not what you want to hear but it's the truth.

worse is u actually think thats a good cycle? i suggest u order a liver transplant coz ur going to need one after that cycle
honestly ur 82kg and just now ur looking at a good diet............ people in this forum are trying to tell u this isnt going to work, worse is ur going to have issues
even funnier, u seriously think this is a good idea, dont be stubborn, steroids arent miricle creators, they dont build muscle like u think they do
i know u think this is a great idea to get huge, but its not, if u understod what ur doing ud realise just how stupid ur cycle is
worst is ur bodyweight, anyone could gain muscle at 82kg
im just to mention a few things wrong with ur cycle just so u realise what ur doing is just plain stupid, and shows u need more research, experience and diet and workout programs
1. ur deca dosage is useless, all thats goiing to cause is problems,
2. u testerome dosage is all over the place, u start off low and smash it towards the end? der is no point in doing that
3. ur deca is started to early in ur cycle an u could face both erectiona nd sex drive issues
4. ur oral steroid course is WAYY to long an inneffective
5. ur oral steroid length could possibly damage ur liver permanantly
6. the dosage u run of sus towards the end of ur cycle is useless becuase ur body will less sensitive receptors, making the steroid weaker and more prone to side effects
7. u have no aromasitze inhibitors or anti estrogens, u can easily start getting gyno (female breast development) and since ur running a long acting ester the gyno wont stop developing unless u have a AI to prevent it
8. aromitise inhibitors cant prevent bloat and puffyness, which causes alot of appearance issues for bodybuilders
9. u dont even know what dosage ur going to run nolvadex and clomid
10. switching so sus is a bad idea during a cycle coz it will cause unstable blood levels and elevate possibilitys of side effects
11. using deca and test in a first cycle is stupid, both cause side effects through different ways, however both generally cause the same side effects, this means if u do start getting side effects u wont know whats causing is and find it difficult to prevent or treat
12. oral steroids are meant to kickstart off cycles, not be used throughout a cycle
13. u have no idea about PCT or how to train or diet while on PCT
14. u dont know or just realised how to eat to gain muscle, and if thats the case then u could easily gain muscle without gear with a proper diet
15. if u are as i said above just aware about how to eat to gain muscle then ur still yet to learn how to eat while on gear
16. during PCT u wont have a sex drive or erections most likely
i could go on but seriously how many do i need to list, i havent even gotten to ur diet, and i cant imagine what ur workout looks like, its probably a ridicoulous amount of sets that no one could recover from and causes overtraining, or a workout that doesnt stimulate much muscle fibre or large amount of muscle groups
seriously forget the gear, dont forget once u start using gear u will become acustomed to it, and ur body can build up tolerances to it, starting gear at such a low bodyweight is stupid becuase ur just going to screw up future cycles
put the gear away, and save it for the future, get ur diet in check and workout program, at 82kg ur probably one of the smaller guys in the gym, until ur one of the bigger guys in the gym stay away from gear
gear will NOT transform u, and ur proposed cycle is just going to cause problems
