Here comes the pirana's ( need some critiqueing)
I am 211, 5 ft 10
34 years old
calipers say 16 percent body fat. ( gym owner checked it for me)
work out split:
monday: Chest , abs and 30 minutes of cardio
tuesday: legs and 30 minutes on bike
wednesday: arms and abs 30 minutes cardo
Thursday: shoulders ( got a sore shoulder doing some rehab work) 30 min cardio
friday: back and abs 30 minutes cardio
saturday: kill my abs and 1 hour of cardio
Diet:
meal 1: 6 egg whites with 1 whole egg scramlbed plain
1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon
vitamin pack
meal 2 : etreme body 50 protein drink with an apple
meal 3: 1- 8 ounce chicken breast grilled
1 baked sweet potato with splenda and butter bud
1 cup of broccoli
meal 4: etreme body 50 protein drink and 1 apple
meal 5: 8 ounces of grilled tuna with green peas
meal 6: 2 packs of 2.6 ounce tuna packed in water with wheat ritz crackers
meal 7: extreme body 50 with a banana
1 gallon and a half of water a day , flax seed oil pills, centrium for men chromium picolate melatonin at night to sleep.
Cycle:
2 iu's a day of hgh
200 milligrams of cyponate a week
150 trenbolone a week
and 200 proponate a week
cyponate on fridays prop and tren monday and thursdays
oh yes i cheat on my diet one day a week but nothing terrible.
Ok guys unleash your fury. lol

u shouldnt be running tren in your first cycle... and your bodyfat is still a little high i think u should bring it down to %14-15 minimum ...
if u r man enough run Test P only cycle or if ur scared of needles then u should run test e/c only ... forget the tren at the moment

i have already started with the tren can i stop in the middle. i have read several post reccomending cyp with tren why not for me??

also i want a bigger upper body. should i loft heavy like 3 set of 8 or something, and is it bad to work a muscle group twice in a week

I like to give at least 5 days recovery personally, that's just how I respond best. try switching up your routine, I like to run back/bi together and chest/tri together some times. also maybe look into Ronnie Rowland's thread in the workout section, lots of good info.

is this your first cycle?? you have way too many compounds in this cycle and you definetly should cut the tren .
pretty smart move buddy , you didnt even research about the chemicals that ur putting in your body...
2shots of test c? i dont know what ur talking about , i dont understand what u mean....

i was reccomended this from a guy that competes at my gym and said i was in good enough shape to run it. He said i need to run prop every other day tho. Is this true. also what else do you think about diet and workout split

Just inject 75 mg of prop every other day and the cyp twice a week mix the prop in the same shot when you are injecting the cyp to cut down on the holes alittle LOL.
