cutting questions please help!
Im trying to put a solid cutting diet together, and just need to throw a couple questions out there to you guys!
1. Sticking with oats mainly for carbs besides vegetables. Is it ok to eat 1/2 cup oats with mostly every meal? With out worrying about insulin spikes?
2. And as far as cardio goes im going to be mainly doing HIIT on a treadmill is this ok neggating the eliptical aka slow intensity?
3. And if insilin spikes are needed when is it the best time to spike?

This would be better suited in the diet section, if you post your diet they will re-design it for you to suit your goals.

I already have done, diet can be a tricky subject and everyone is different, persoanlly I would need alot more personal information than what you have stated,
Write down you diet and stats and post a thread in the diet section, we have some very good guys down there who will pick through it and re-design it for you and your needs,
