Creatine, Amino and Daily vitamins???
Hi guys im about to start my first cycle next Wednesday and have a few questions about Creatine, Amino Acids and daily vitamins
I bought these supplements and have been recommend to use these products before and during the cycle.
I was wondering whats the best time of day to use creatine?
best time to use amino acids and how many tablets to take per day?
When is the best time to take the vitamins?
when should i begin lower my doses of creatine and how long should i be on it for???
23 years, 162 lbs 8%BF
Goals are to reach 175-180 ripped
My cycle will be TEST E, Deca and DBOL

How tall are you and how much time in the gym do you have? Can you tell us more about that cycle? Like how many mgs per week of each compound, and how many times per week you're going to inject said compounds? How long is this cycle going to last? Do you have a PCT lined up?
Creatine before or after workout. 5gms is fine.
Vitamins in the morning.
I've never taken amino acids.

This is going to be my cycle
1-12 (weeks) 500mg broken down into to injections 250mg monday and 250mg thrusday
1-5 dbol 40mg ed (everyday) I would do 10mg four times a day due to its half life
with test e you will want to wait 14 day after your last injection and begin your post cycle therapy and run it for four weeks
1-2 nolva 40mg ed I take nolva during the day
3-4 nolva 20mg ed again in the morning
1-2 clomid 100mg ed I take the clomid
3-4 clomid 50mg ed, again at night....
My stats are 5'9 23 years 162 lbs 8%BF
Why should i drop the DECA ???
