seizure info what happends if you leave alone

lets just say this if someone gets a seizure letter, and u don't respond pretend as if u never got the letter, will they attempt to contact u again, like call ur phone or send another letter, or no?

they may attempt to contact you one more time...but just ignore it and nothing will happen, just dont use that address again

If we are talking about certain illegal substances,(say class 3), It is not yours until you take possession, or attemp to take possession.

If you know it is definitely your gear, then, there's no detailed invoice attached with in it.

Do absolutely nothing at all.

Don't respond to the calls, don't call them, do NOTHING.

Walk away from the entire thing and write it off as a loss.

I believe your letter states that you have within 30 days to contest the seizure or it will considered property of the US govt at which time they would be up to them what to do with it? If that is the case I wouldn't worry about it

i have gotten a few of these letters from customs, leave them be and they can do nothing. anyone can attempt to send anyone anything, unless you try and claim the product they cannot hold you liable
