    Ok here it goes

    40 year old male 5'8"...180 lbs...great shape....workout 5 days a week...
    one body part a day...have made some good gains...
    working out serious for about the last 3 yrs.
    5.8
    175 lbs
    take about 200 grams of protein a day plus the standards....BCAAs...NO...creatine...etc.
    just finished a 10 week test cycle...200mg/week...gained about 5 lbs of muscle mass...
    want to consider this cycle my precursor to my next cycle
    want to put on about 10 or more pounds of muscle mass
    ingredients are:
    1. test 200 mg.
    2. deca 200 mg.
    3. oxandrolone 10 mg tabs...a.m and p.m.
    4. arimedex 1 mg.
    want to consider doing short cycles
    any suggestions?

    Where to start?!? Well first if u only gained 5lbs from ur first cycle ur diet must be well out of wack. Id look into that before any future cycles. U say u want to run short cycles yet u pick the 2 aas compounds that are very long ester so they must be ran much longer. Do much more research bro.

    test prop at 100mg/ml EOD for 8 weeks... its that simple

    EOD = every other day. And no it really isnt that simple. Study more and get your diet in line before you screw up another cycle bro.

    shoot every other day...i did this my first cycle and gained 15 lbs of muscle.

    also what are your goals?

    i mean maybe he doesnt want to be massive guys, not everyone desires to be a bodybuilder. ya its easy to put on 5lbs, but maybe he is in it for muscle tone, or strength or endurance whatever

    Am I missing something here? Isn't 200mg of test a week a really low dose. Maybe thats why he only gained 5 lbs. Shouldn't he at least do 400-500mg a week

    200mg a week is a waste! Im amazed you gained even 5lbs. Go hard or go home! lol
    Prop is your best choice if you want short cycle. Take at least 150mg eod for short cycle. But regardless of what you take or how you take it, if your diet is out of order or not adjusted to your test, you be wasting your time.
