    Clenbutarol

    Hey, Im 25 years old.. female. weigh 60 kgs. i need to loose this weight and tone up before i can get into a bikini!

    What is the best possible way to use the clen tablets? and do u recommend it as quick weight loss?

    Any advice, please!!!

    Nope... I would not recommend it as a Quick weight loss agent... I would do changes in the diet ... Then some cardio and when in a plateau experience with clen is there a deadline like a weddingor something ?

    i dont get the, 'when in a plateau experience with clen ', what does that mean? december is my dead line!!

    could it be used for weight loss?? hmmm

    I have tried clen , I lost about 10 kg in overall 5-6 months ,with proper DIET(most imp)+weight trainig+cardio

    my cycle was
    2 weeks - 2 tab/ day
    1 week - 2 tab EOD
    1 week - off
    1 week - 2 tab / day

    But it varies for WOMEN.
    Kindly do research and also try to get more advices from experienced users.

    What he means is, if you are dieting and training hard naturally, and you STILL can't lose weight or drop below a certain body fat percentage because of your genetics or body type, THEN and only then would he recommend trying to use it.

    Here's the thing about clen, it's just flat out dangerous. It is more dangerous than some milder steroids in my opinion, because it puts a lot of strain on your heart. If you already have a high blood pressure or a weak heart, you may be asking for trouble like a heart attack, stroke, cardiomyopathy, etc. Yes, it can happen to somebody as young as you or younger. It's a very powerful stimulant, and it can be ugly if you misuse it.

    So that being said, if you still want to use it, the best way to use it is in small dosages and slowly ramp up the dose. This is because you will build up tolerance to it over the course of a few days, and you need to increase the doses. Most people recommend a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off type deal, that way you give your body a break and let your tolerance go back down.

    You'll have to do a little bit of research, but i think 20 mcg per day is a good place to start and then slowly ramp up the dose over the course of a week or two depending on how the side effects feel to you (jitteryness, etc.)

    op what I meant was... If u are JUST starting a weightloss program I would not use it yet.... Hit it maybe 6 weeks before ur deadline... Now that being said.... Ur deadline is December ... If it's the end things can be done .... If it's the begining ( I dint know how much weight u want to loose or what u look like right now[pic might help]) things can still be achieved but the shorter the time just means how much discipline u have to put into ur dieting and workouts
    I would start dieting asap with low carbs low fat(mostly EFA) high protein diet... Get up in the morning and do ur weight session and then 30 minutes of cardio with ur heart rate staying between 65-75% of ur max.... At night try to fit in another workout or at lunch and don't eat any carbs postworkout

    Btw by night or lunch workout I meant cardio session on am empty stomach of 30-45 min with the above specifications
