    Opinon on a cycle?

    Hi, I have put together the stack that seems will work best for me. (bulking)

    20mg of D-bol per day(split) for 6wks, 1 shot with 1cc of sustanon 250 every 7 days, and using Noveldex for PCT.

    what is thought of this cycle? Are decent results going to show? Are gains going to stay properly as long as diet and working out is kept steady?

    Thanks.

    20 years old, my diet consist of 4-5 meals every day and i try to get 1.5 grams per pound of protein everyday between whole foods and a whey supplement drink. um the complete cycle would be for 6 weeks with 20mg of D-Bol split per day, and 1 shot of 1cc of Sustanon 250 every 7 days. and using Novaldex as PCT.

    Yah, not the best planned cycle.

    And you're still quite young to be messing with your hormones and endocrine system.

    Maybe if we get more details of that diet we can help you.

    What's your workout routine like?

    Yes I understand I am still young, but if I could do a good stable cycle and get good gains and keep them that would be great.

    Ok my diet in detail would be foods that contain high calories/protein such as meats, tuna, chicken, um potatoes ect, I don't eat junk food of any kind. I also include fruit/vegetables/nuts in my diet for complete nutrition. I drink "100% Whey Gold Standard protein" as an extra protein intake everyday.

    my workout schedule goes like this, Monday= chest/back/shoulders.
    Tuesday=rest
    Wednesday= Biceps/Triceps
    Thursday=rest
    Friday=Chest/back/sholders, and I'll mix abs, and lower body along with it.

    If I go on saturday, it would be back to Biceps/triceps/sholders/back

    If you cycle now I promise you, you'll be disappointed with the results, bc. you haven't learned how to diet to gain naturally. without a solid diet, steroids won't just magically put muscle on you.

    Further, at your age you risk permanent damage to your not yet fully functional endocrine system.

    You still haven't listed your diet in detail, which leads me to believe you don't have a set diet, but just try eat "good". If I'm wrong, please show me and list a detailed diet including macros.

    but you need to be precise about your diet.

    And your split needs alot of work, my friend.

    1. I'd give back it's own dedicated day.
    2. You're not training legs!

    Ok I understand, and by the way I appreciate you sharing your time and knowledge.

    So what would you recommend, as far as a split workout for bulking up?

    I believe your right about me not having a "set" diet other then maintaining high calories and protein everyday.

    What would you recommend as far as diet goes, with the same idea with "bulking"

    thanks
