    I need help please

    well first, iam 26 yrs iam training for 5 yrs
    did 3 cycles
    and i need help with this one:
    Test prop. 100mg eod 12 wks
    tren acetate 75mg eod 6wks
    Dbol 50mg eod 6wks
    winne 50mg ed

    height:190 cm
    weight:104 kg
    Bf:16%


    what is the suitable PCT for this cycle?
