new to all this. advice?
hi there, to start im 5'11 15 stone, 42' chest 32' waist. im thinking of going on a cycle but i dont want to bulk up ridiculously, am just looking reaaly to rip down. ive been recommended stanozolol . 30mg per day along with 5mg proviron a day. is this goin to be any good? will i be less lkely to get such side effects as acne etc? any help please?

Aweful cycle, you need to do more reasearch. Diet and cardio are the key to cutting down.

with all respect redz, i did say it was suggested to me. i havent put this together. ive tried dieting, i train in gym 3 times a week, swim all other days. i just cant shift these last bits. i dont want to put on ridiculous gains so that its obvious im on gear. thats not the point imo. i just want to gain a bit of lean muscle and rip down basically. im 23 not sure about bodyfat sorry. like i said, im new to this. just want some advice before i go and start anything

Test only is the best for a beginner cycle but if your diet isnt dialed in it wont matter.

my diet is fine, im eating all the right stuff and right amounts, i've cut out all the shit. just down to basics. like i said tho, i dont want to bulk up loads. my training is going well but am finding it really hard to get real definement in my body. if i eat less i dot have the energy, plus with my active job and working out everyday, i need to keep my calorie intake up. any advice would be much appreciated

breakfast: bowl of muesli with skimmed milk, bannana.
protien shake mid morning snack with bannana.
lunch: chicken/fish with rice/ jacket potato.
supper:chicken/ fish with pasta/cous cous etc
plus pre/post workout protien shake on training days.

Diet could use some work for sure....
your breakfast is not so great to start with change it up for something like this:
5-8 or so egg whites
1-2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
Drop the regular potatoe and get sweet potatoes, pasta is also not a great choice while cutting. There is more to change around in the diet I am just mentioning a few things.

to give you an idea, i have 3 sources of solid protein in me by 1.00pm alone.

its not great in normal terms but like i said, this is the best i can make it with my line of work/ excercise regime etc without losing all my energy and not being able to perform down gym. im at just the right balance now. i feel good in myself and have gained really well over last 6 months ive been on this diet. back to advice on gear, what do u all say?

i would suggest anavar or a test only cycle, but do bear in mind you will have to sort the diet or your pissin your money away, i wasted probably my 1st 2 cycles by not eating enuf, its the hardest thing about this game, im literally fed up eating lol

not a sheer bulking drug like test or deca , dont rely on shakes, tht was my prob for along time, infact i question are protein shakes really worth while at all. you need solid foods and try to eat every 2.5-3 hrs, im a stone and a half heavier than you and finding 3500cals a day optimal, you could aim at 3000. get a good sports nutrition book, a scientific book, not bodybuilding crap. all the math will be in for you

I'd run 50mg ED of stanazol. If your going to use stanazol make sure you run 250mg of test per week with it to keep your test levels up. Stanazol will shut down your testies and your test levels will be low, so you need to compensate for this.
