Hey guys I started my trt program with my doc about 4 months ago Im taking 200 mg of test cyp every 7 days The last month I have moved the dose up to 400 mg and 2 days ago I started noticing that my left nipple has gotten slightly puffy not bad but I can feel a pea sized ball under the left nipple and is a little tender the right one is fine.
The test has been great for me Ive gained 30 lbs in the last 4 months and now weigh 184 lbs Im 6' 3" 26 years old and about 12 % body fat. Im wondering if I need an estrogen blocker my doc is out of town for another week so Im wondering if you guys could give me a few suggestions.

right now you need some nolvadex to block the estrogen from binding to the receptors. also yes, you could use an AI right now like arimidex or aromasin to start knockin out some of the estrogen

if it gets really bad, you would need letro. but if you handle it now that shouldnt be necessary

do you have any of the mentioned compounds above on hand right now?

nope I didnt think I would need them just doing trt and my doc didnt think it was needed either when he started me on it. I asked him to. That can be orderd off this site cant it. How much will I need and what is the dosage and should I back offf my test dose or keep it the same. and will I need to keepo taking it regurally or just when I notice problems

well that is correct, you didnt need it

but when you decided to up the dose, that changed man. you need to be prepared

def back off your test dose and go back to your TRT dose.
