    Dbol dose

    I just did my firrst day of dbol . 50mg.
    10mg at midnight, 10mg at 8am, 20mg at 4pm, and 10mg at 9pm

    Would it be ok to just take the 50mg in two doses?
    I was thinking of taking 30mg 2 hours before workout, and 20mg before bed. On non-workout days I will take the 30mg with lunch. Would this be a terrible idea? I just want higher concentrations of dbol when I am training, and when I am sleeping. I know that I build muscle 24/7, as long as I am eating, but I also know that growth occurs most at night. I would much rather run the dbol in two doses

    keep dose the same every day ,this will keep blood levals stable causeing less sides,i dont think there will be a massive differnce if yu take them spred out in 4 doses or in two 25mg doses,give it a try and see what you find best but as i said keep the dose the same every day bud.

    ^I agree, keep the same dose everyday.

    I also prefer to dose according to the half life (4 hrs in this case).

    So the consensus to to spread out all 5 tabs throughout the day?

    now to upset the apple cart lol. i've done it both ways, all in one dose b4 training, amazing strength and good size of this, spread out thru the day didnt seem to work as well

    how close to training? 1 hour, 30 min? did you train in the morning? if you did, did you notice when it wore off at night? if you trained at night did it keep you up?

    just curious.

    was taking em about 6-7am and working out around 10am, no bad effects/come down at all

    I usually train around 1130am(lunchtime). I took 20mg dbol an hour before workout. Didn't notice anything today, but it is only my second day on dbol

    my self i take it 2 hours before i train it works so much better that way for me the pumps r out of this world. but u should try it both ways see whats better 4 u.

    If you are taking test with them you can get away with 2 x a day.
    Thats because you have stable blood levels from the test.

    But dbol only I would take them every 4th hour,with food.

    Dbol is fun,good luck.

    takes four to six days 4 d-bol to kick in. for me at least.

    I am just gonna keep it spread out throughout the day, since I am always rebuilding muscle

    Good Idea BigKuntry !! Yes spread those out..I ran those exact same ones last cycle.. trust me around DAY 4 look out !!

    I also tried it before in two even doses.. 25 and 25 -- 1.5 hrs Pre-workout and 1 hour PWO and felt like it wasn't working as well.. so...

    consensus reigns supreme.. THROUGHOUT THE DAY !!

    def not the consensus for me deuce, i think if you are on an injectable why not have a great pre training boost on the dbol and be patient for the inj's to kick in, your still gona gain(some may have more sides though, this way) and the feelin of the all in one dose is like a bolt of lightening up the ass!! lol
