HCG Dose?

Okay been reading about HCG and i've seen some things saying E5D 500ui throughout cycle is sufficient, then I read that people take 500ui ED. Just alittle confused can some one shed some light on the subject. Example of a cycle which HCG would be used at ___dose is: 10weeks Sust 500mg EQ 400mg Tbol 20mg (1-4 wks). What would be proper doses on a cycle like that

So really E5D is a good way to do that cus most weeks you would get 2 doses in . Should there be a delay when you start or preload you should do for HCG and when should you stop if your cycle is 10weeks, should you run the whole way through till day before PCT?
