    Question Supps while on cycle

    What are your favourite (cycle support) supps to take while on cycle???

    Anything you swear by or think helps you out.

    Just list so everyone can see them easier.

    Heres what im thinkin of: (but i know theres more!!!!!!!!)


    glutamine ? Grams

    acetyl-l-carnitine

    multi vitamins

    milk thistle

    hawthorne berry

    AMINO'S

    i love throwing b12 in there.

    also just picked up some vita E and will run that to help out with the hcg im taking.

    also i like to take gaba and melatonin at night to really have a nice deep sleep

    multivit, thts all, stock up good supps 4 afta pct, u'll need all the support you can get then

    Fish oil . never hurts .

    A multi-vitamin daily , with potassium . try to take daily.

    milk thisltle daily or close to it .

    Nothing special .

    be careful with potassium, id tests done last year post cycle and was told potassium was dangerousily high and this was without supplementing, merely through 2 bananas a day and wateva else in diet

    Maybe I'm unique or just old . Never been tested but get cramps .
    So skip potassium then .

    got my list in chesck now it looks like this:

    essential/non essential amino acids

    acetyl l carnitine

    l glutamine/peptides

    citruline malate

    arginine malate

    Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG) if you want a little extra.



    cycle support by anabolic innovations (great stuff)
