does bf % need to be low before starting cycle?
Does my bf % need to be low before starting my cycle?
what is a typical diet structure look like for 1 day?
heres what i had in mind for one day:
Porridge oats
cup of tea
peanut butter on toast
cup of coffee
Training
protein shake
main meal: chicken/fish with vegetubles and (rice or potatoes)
cup of tea
snack: maybe
cottage cheese on toast
small protein shake (if still hovering around fridge)
I know there are more but could you suggest some more staple foods that I can stock up on for befor I start my course.
I forgot brocolli is healthy too.

You need to not worry about a cycle and if BF% is okay for it. Go to the diet section, post a days example of diet including macros (protein, carbs, fat) and we can get you situated.

Normally 15% or less BF is recommended for cycling....that diet^^ would need alot of work imo if you are gonna juice...even for a cutting cycle its kinda light.
