Acne on cycle is caused by hormone fluctuations.

I personally don't believe that you are more at risk for gyno if you are over 15%bf.

That magic number, imo, is simply a guideline to follow, because with higher body fat you are likely see severely blunted aesthetic results which most users seek.

i personally never got the point of cycling if your at anything above 12%, this is bodybuilding, unless your going for a strongman competition, i dont see why u should cycling with high bf%, end of the day, starting a cycle with less fat allows you to play around with the excess calories a bit more

Dropping your BF before a cycle is one of the most productive things you can do for building muscle tissue, in addition to what as already been stated above, dropping your bf before a cycle will create a growth window for muscle tissue to grow and the ratio of muscle to fat will be greater if you have primmed your body beforehand, your in a better place for building muscle with less sides IMHO.

here is a nice little article on carb cycling. Will allow you to shed fat at a good rate. This of course requires strict diet and cardio 3-4 days a week. Good luck bro.

    drop ur bodyfat man

plus if your bodyfats high i personally think ur more likely to suffer water retention

and the water retention will appear worse since your already quiet chunky

its also alot easier to monitor ur muscle gains if your bf% is low, its a little hard ot monitor it when you can barely see ur muscle mass behind fat and water
