    Best DHEA product?

    A am 21 5'11 140 lbs. What is the best dhea product. I heard each product is better than the other. Whats the best "pharmacy grade" I could get? would 150 mg be toxic? I heard even 300 mg of dhea is nothing and the side effects are all exaggerated...

    Yeah, a bunch of food will do 100X more for you than DHEA ever could.
