    High Red Blood Cell count.

Had blood work done 3 weeks ago. My Red Blood Cell count was 51.6 witch is High. My test level's were at 1500. Doc said the high Test level could be causing the High Red Blood celll count. I have to go every tuesday to have a pint of blood taken for the next 6 weeks..

Has anyone ever had to deal with this or even herd of this?

Feed back and info would be great...

    Thank you..

Polythycemia can be caused by taking AAS, normally its because you havent taken enough time off between cycle, it takes time for your blood to correct itself, ive been took in hosipital because of this condition and I had to have regular venus sections to correct it.

    200mg/ml, 250mg/ml etc..........

The TEST C is 200mg/mL right from the pharmacy.

The TEST E is 300mg/ml right from a source.

So it sounds like you are on TRT and were cycling a bit more than the doc knows about. Either come clean with the doc or next time don't be mid cycle when it comes time for the blood work.

51.6 is very high, normal levels are 14-18.

Do you have any symptoms, particularly a red face or trouble breathing?

The pint of blood is taken to lower the RBC count to a normal level.

This raises a very interesting point. You were doing 300-450mg of test a week and that took your RBC count to 51.6, I was doing 500mg of Tren E a week for months (I cruise) and my RBC was just over 1/3 of that.

That would imply that Test raises RBC count much more than Tren. Almost 3 times as much as an equivalent does of tren dose. In fact my dose was high than yours.

The pint of blood is suppose to lower my red blood count level. The doctor told me I should be fine, once it get's under 50 he will not worry as much. Doctor told me I'm not the only one he had to deal with when it came to High RBC count and TEST. Once I get my level down he dont want me touching TEST for 3-6 months. Once I go back on I will do it every other week or I might not do it anymore.

I know a lot will depend on an individuals baseline, but does anyone have an idea of what kind of timeframe we're talking about before RBC's reach a "dangerous" or "worrisome" level? Are we talking weeks, or months? I'm sure it will also depend on the compound so here's where I'm at:

In the middle of a Sust/Deca /Anadrol cycle (about 20 days in right now) - Sust at 325 twice a week, Deca 200 twice a week, Anadrol 75mg ed. Thinking about bridging over to either Primo or Tren after 10 weeks of Deca (I'll run just 250 of Sust for a couple of weeks before starting the new compound). I'll stop the Anadrol in a week or so and not go back on that.

Months and months for it to get high but it also takes months for it to get back to normal once you stop the gear.

Have blood work done or donate blood, they test you RBC count before they take blood from you. Plus giving blood will help stop it getting too high.

Thanks very much. I was getting worried there after all the research suggested I'd throw a clot!

THat's a good cycle at decent doses and all are known to increase RBC count but not to dangerous levels after 20days. I'd bet your RBC count will be higher than normal at the end of the cycle but not dangerously high. However it's always a good idea to give a pint of blood every 12 weeks.

Sounds like a plan - I'll find the nearest place to donate on a regular basis. Thanks
