Does any se the Muscle Gaining Secrets (MGS) Program

Hey guys I have been using the MGS program for the last 8 months and managed to put on 30lbs naturally. It is based on full body workouts and compound exercises.
the strict rule is DAY ON DAY OFF.

What I would like to know is if anyone here has used it before while on cycle and if it is possible or effective to increase the training to 2 days on one day off during this period as I am looking to start a cycle in the near future?

If it helps I can post what my workouts on here, they also change every six weeks but can not use the MGS forum for advice as the designer is strictly against AAS use and will not offer assistance.

    Cheers

You're asking whether you can do whole-body work-outs 2 days in a row?

Correct me if I'm reading what you typed incorrectly.

OK I guess I didnt explain too well, the program is based on compound exercises in different areas each day but they do overlap, hard to explain so ill post my current workout. I dont need to discuss the effectiveness of the program for when being off cycle as I am Extremely impressed so far with 30lb in 8 months and great strength increase. Anyway here it is if anyone has a suggestion on changes while on cycle.
Note: all workouts are to a maximum of 45min and always day on day off.
when a),b) are used exercises are alternated one then the other.

    Day 1:
    1a chin up parrallel grip, 5-8 reps X 2 rest 90sec
    1b dumbell millpress 5-8 X 2 rest 90 sec
    2a 1 arm dbell row (elbow out) 5-8 X 2 90 sec
    2b Incline Bbell press 5-8 X 2 90 sec
    3a Bbell curl 5-8 X 2 60 sec
    3b close grip Bpress 5-8 X 2 60 sec

    Day 2

    1) Squat- I do abs
    2) Dbell swing 10-12 X 2 rest 180 sec
3a seated calf raise- I do abs
    3b Bbell shrug 5-8 X 2 rest 90 sec
    4) thumbless EZbar reverse curl 8-10 X 2 rest 90

    Day 3
    1a Chin up close grip 5-8 X 2 90 sec
    1b Bbell clean and press 5-8 X 2 90 sec
    2a incline Dbell row elbows in 5-8 X 2 90
    2b weighted dips 8-12 X 2 90
    3a hammer curls 5-8 X 2 90
    3b reverse grip bPress 5-8 X 2 90 sec

    Day 4:
    1 Squat 5-8 X 2 180 sec rest
    2 Deadlift 5-8 X 2 120 sec
3a donkey calf raise- I do abs
    3b suitcase wrist curl 5-8 X 2 90 sec

I plan on adding 1 extra set for every exercise while on cycle, increasing workout to app 1 hour.

I have replaced all leg work with abs (except 1 day squats) as I dont want anymore size on my legs.

Could I increase the frequency of the workouts to 2 days on 1 off while on cycle?
    Any opinions would be appreciated

    Cheers

    What are your stats?
    age
    height
    weight
    years lifting

FWIW, I train one bodypart per week while on cycle (or off). I would consider myself to be advanced. I lift with very high intensity and Im always on the fringe of injury. And that's with higher reps, lighter weight (volume training, 10-12 reps per set 12 sets per body part). From what I gather from your lifting program, you lift very low reps, high weight. A beginner may be able to grow with that program, but I believe you would have to adjust it as you become more advanced. With the weight I would have to lift to meet those set/reps, I wouldn't last a week without injury.
